Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable items or goods with expiration concerns
  • Opened or used products, especially for hygiene-sensitive items
  • Items mixed with other goods after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Refunds cannot be processed without receiving the returned goods or valid proof of delivery.

Returns on Gift Orders
  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or delivered first to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Refund Policy

Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are processed to:

  • The original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • A bank account (for Cash on Delivery orders)
Refund Timelines
  • Credit/Debit Card: 3–5 Business Days
  • UPI Linked Bank Account: 2–4 Business Days
  • NEFT/Bank Transfer: 3–5 Business Days

If your refund is delayed beyond the given timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Note: Refunds are not issued in cash. Cheque payments may be processed only in exceptional cases.
