Cancellation Policy

Thumps Enterprises Private limited ensures that your order is delivered safely and within the promised timeline. However, if you have ordered the wrong product or wish to cancel your order, you may do so through your Thumps Enterprises Private limited account before the order is dispatched. If it is a prepaid order, the refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please note that a cancellation request cannot be made once your order has been shipped.

In rare circumstances, Thumps Enterprises Private limited may initiate an order cancellation. This may occur due to:

• Product being out of stock
• Restrictions on the number of products allowed per customer as per ongoing offers or discount policies
• Incorrect pricing or product description
• Suspicion of payment fraud detected by our Fraud Prevention Team
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

We do not charge any additional fees for returns. All replacements and pickups, where applicable, are done free of cost.
